Because this is what I do for a living, I know the market well.  Let me ask you something.  If you wanted to invest your hard earned money in the stock market, you would seek out a financial planner to guide you through the process.  A home is one of your largest investments, so spend it wisely.  Using the right professional for the job saves you time, money and helps you avoid making costly mistakes.  Having a trusted Realtor on your side just makes sense.

The internet is a great place to find information, but it can't provide the in depth local knowledge and personalized service of a local real estate professional.
